InnerSky is an AI-powered astrology app developed by Caglar Labs LLC. The app offers birth chart analysis, planetary transit tracking, numerology, relationship compatibility, and AI-assisted personal guidance services.

The content provided by InnerSky is for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Account Creation

• You need to create a valid account to use the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information
• An account is for one person only; it cannot be shared
• Individuals under 13 cannot use InnerSky
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@innersky.ai

3. Subscription and Payment

InnerSky offers both free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions renew automatically; use Google Play subscription management to cancel
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period; no refunds are given
• Prices may change with prior notice
• Payment and billing are entirely managed by Google Play

4. Unacceptable Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app
• Accessing the API with automated tools or bots
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data
• Providing harmful, misleading, or malicious input to the AI system
• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Creating excessive load that disrupts the service's continuous operation

5. Intellectual Property

The InnerSky app, logo, design, and content are owned by Caglar Labs LLC and protected by copyright laws. Users receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Your birth chart and personal data you enter belong to you. You can delete this data at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The astrology interpretations and AI advice provided by InnerSky are for entertainment purposes only. Professional advice should be sought for:

Caglar Labs LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of InnerSky.

7. Service Changes

InnerSky reserves the right to change features, prices, or service terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications or email.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service without notice (especially if misuse is detected).

8. Account Termination

If you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion permanently removes all your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to Caglar Labs LLC. Amicable resolution is sought first in case of disputes.
