How can I cancel my premium subscription?
Open Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InnerSky → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Why does my birth chart look incorrect?
Ensure you have entered your birth date, time, and place correctly. If you don't know the time, use 12:00 noon. If you entered incorrect information, you can update your profile in the app settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email. If you signed up with Google, password reset is not applicable.
Where is my AI chat history stored?
Your chat history is stored encrypted on our servers and is used solely to generate personalized contextual responses for you. When you delete your account, all history is permanently erased.
The app crashes or won't open, what can I do?
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your phone or uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're still having trouble, email
support@innersky.ai.
Can I download my data?
Under KVKK/GDPR, you have the right to request your data in a machine-readable format. You can make a request by emailing
support@innersky.ai.
Is InnerSky available on iOS?
Currently, it is only available on Android (Google Play Store). The iOS version will be released soon.
