1. Data Collected

Account Data

We collect your email address and password (encrypted) during registration. If you sign in with Google, only your email address and display name are collected.

Birth Chart Data

We collect your birth date, time, and place to create your birth chart. This data is used to generate personalized astrology readings.

Usage Data

In-app interactions, mood check-ins, and AI chat history are stored. This data is used to provide you with better and contextual responses.

Technical Data

Device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage statistics are collected. Location data is not collected; only your birth place is requested.

2. Use of Data

• To provide personalized astrology readings and AI guidance
• To manage and secure your account
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To manage premium subscription transactions (via Google Play)
• To send important updates or security notifications

3. AI and Data Processing

Our AI features operate using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. Your queries and birth chart data are transmitted to these services via encrypted connection. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Your chat history is stored on our servers to produce more consistent and contextual responses. When you delete your account, all chat history is permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Sharing occurs only in the following cases:

• Service providers: Anthropic, OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email notifications), Google Play (payment processing)
• Legal obligation: In case of court order or legal requirement
• Security: For fraud or abuse detection purposes

5. Data Security

• All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 during transmission
• Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt
• The database is accessible only from within the server, not open to the internet
• Server security updates are applied automatically
• Regular backups and security audits are conducted

6. Data Retention Period

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous and aggregate statistics may be retained longer.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: You can request the data we hold about you
• Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all your data
• Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: You can object to certain data processing activities

8. Children's Privacy

InnerSky is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of collecting data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

9. Cookies and Tracking

No cookies are used within the app. Our website (innersky.ai) collects only anonymous visitor statistics via Google Analytics.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. You can always access the current policy at innersky.ai/privacy.
